Your privacy matters. ThriveGuide AI™ is designed so that what you write stays yours.

What we store

When you have an account, we store your name and email, your assessment answers and results, your journal entries (including drafts), your action plans and their progress, and your conversations with ThriveGuide AI™. Some display preferences are kept in your browser only.

Who can see it

Your reflections, assessments, plans and conversations are private to your account. No other user can read them, and we never sell your information or use it for advertising. Your conversation text is sent to an AI provider only to generate a response, and is not used to train public models.

Deleting your information

You can delete any journal entry, conversation or action plan directly from the page where it appears. To remove your whole account and everything in it, use Settings or contact us and we will delete it for you.

Please leave out

Identification numbers, financial account details and medical records. ThriveGuide AI™ offers reflective guidance and educational support — not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment or emergency advice.
